I might not be the most wild person you’ll ever meet, so St. Augustine was a perfect location for my bachelorette weekend.
Where to eat:
The Floridian:
Columbian:
This is a St. Augustine staple.
City Bistro:
We started each day of our trip with iced coffees and breakfast at City Bistro. At first, we were just happy to have found a coffee place so close to our hotel but now that I know this gem exists, I would absolutely go out of the way!
What to do:
St. Augustine Distillery & Ice Plant:
If everyone in your group is 21+ make sure to schedule a tour of the distillery. The tours are free and include some delicious tastings. And if you’re still thirsty after, head upstairs to the Ice Plant for some hipster cocktails (just bring your patience).
St. Augustine Beach:
This one is pretty self explanatory – I’m a Florida girl who will take any chance I get to spend some time on the beach. So pack up your towel, sunscreen, get a pub sub on the way and spend the day in the sun.
Explore St. Augustine:
When you’re planning a trip, you should definitely schedule in some free time. St. Augustine can be pretty touristy but if you’re visiting, you’re probably a tourist. Just wander the streets and pop in and out of the shops. We managed to spend a decent amount of time picking out our tacky tourist tanks.

Some other St. Augustine favorites:
Ghost tours – A few of my sorority sisters and I spent a few days in St. Augustine during one of our Spring Break trips. The ghost tour we took there was such a fun, silly part of our trip.
Lighthouse – I got engaged at a lighthouse so I’m a big fan. Plus, walking up the stairs to the top is a great workout and leads to amazing views.
