July was a big amazon month for me – bought and sold (shoppable video commissions) a bunch on Amazon in July. Especially with prime day sucking me in to buying some things I’ve been wanting to try.
Sharing a list of some Amazon favorites for the month – a mix of things I bought myself this month and things I’ve been using for a while that sold well in July.
Vacuum storage bags – I feel like I’m always doing what I can to make my house a little more organized. I ordered this to have my duvet take up a little less space while it’s sitting in a closet (way too hot for a duvet this summer). I also plan on using it to store some of the kids clothes I’m holding onto in case we have another boy one day.
Earrings – These Bottega inspired earrings have been all over Instagram lately. The price was too good to not try them myself. Still waiting for these to be delivered but will definitely share once they come in.
Sponge holder – This was another little home upgrade we needed. It sticks right to the inside of our sink and looks much nicer than what we had before.
Clothing rack – I bought this a few months ago when the rack holding up my dresses collapsed to the floor (insert crying emoji). I’m still using it to hold all of my dresses while I figure out what I’m going to do in my closet.
Mouth tape – I started mouth taping months ago after hearing how much it helps you sleep (and to help my husband sleep because it reduces snoring). Mouth tape helps keep your mouth closed so you breathe through your nose while you are sleeping. Whenever I talk about it, I always get pushback about not being able to breathe. I have yet to stop breathing and I just don’t tape my mouth when I’m sick or my nose is stuffy. For a while I was using a roll of tape (meant for skin) but wanted to try mouth tape like this one that is X shaped and I don’t have to cut a piece every night.
Tongue scraper – This was one of those things that tiktok convinced me I needed to try. Its supposed to help with cleanliness in your mouth and overall wellness. I had it on my list and decided to order during amazon prime day. Will definitely report back soon once we try them.
Eyelash comb – Did not know this was something I needed until I found out it existed. If you wear mascara (don’t we all?), you need this in your makeup bag. It combs through your lashes after putting on mascara. It takes out all of the clumps and helps curl your lashes and push them up. Way better than an eyelash curler if you ask me.
Bubble gun machine – I have yet to meet a toddler who doesn’t like bubbles. With this bubble gun, you will have tons of bubbles with the press of a button. You attach a small bottle of bubbles inside so you don’t have to stop and refill constantly. We’re big fans!
Raid essentials bug catcher – This bug catcher has made a huge difference in our house. I’ve already purchased the refills for ours. I keep it plugged in the outlet right by our front door. It has a blue light that attracts bugs and then a sticky part where they get stuck to. We noticed every time we would open our front door, especially at night, bugs would fly in. They all seem to end up in the bug catcher now and not all over our house. It gets the little flying bugs, fruit flies, mosquitoes, etc.
