Charleston has been on my list of places to visit for years. And to be honest it is still on my list. We went out of our way to make a short stop for lunch in Charleston on our road trip from Savannah to Myrtle Beach. Charleston is definitely a foodies dream and I was pretty overwhelmed while searching for a restaurant to eat at. I was newly pregnant and not feeling so great so we decided to find something a little lighter.
We ended up at Butcher and Bee. And I would highly recommend a visit. We’re big fans of Israeli food so we ordered the falafel and hummus with chicken. The hummus was beyond amazing. And that’s coming from a hummus snob (I’ve had the best hummus in Israel and I sometimes make my own).
