I found this dress at Target and immediately fell in love! Its just so fun and girly with the ruffle sleeves and ric rac detail.
They’re in the process of redoing my local Target and they have a whole new shoe section. I couldn’t believe how many pairs I wanted to take home with me (ok, maybe its believable). I’m loving these slingbacks and can’t wait for it to cool down a little to finally put on my over-the-knee boots.
